GROUP EXERCISE
Group Exercise classes are free to members. We have morning, afternoon and evening classes offered Monday through Friday, Saturday morning classes and one Sunday afternoon class. Click here for a complete aerobics schedule (printable version) and class descriptions.
GETTING STARTED PERSONAL TRAINING
As a new member you are awarded three free personal training sessions. Let our personal trainers educate you about the equipment and help get you motivated. The exercise sessions will teach proper weight lifting technique and explain our cardiovascular equipment. The trainers will help design a beginner workout for you and also help answer any questions you might have about the fitness center & quick fit rooms. Sign up at the front desk for an appointment.

PERSONAL FITNESS - TWELVE WEEKS TO A BETTER YOU!
Are you ready to be fit with our trainers? Join us in this 12-week workout program to help you learn more about fitness. At the beginning and end of 12 weeks, the personal trainers will take measurements and discuss your fitness goals. Trainers will work with you individually to help you learn even more exercises for your individual needs. Special group classes will be offered just for the 12-weeks group. It's a commitment to a healthier lifestyle.

BENCH PRESS YOUR OWN WEIGHT
The object is to bench your body weight as many times as you can. Prizes will be given for the top contestants. It's not just how much you can bench; it is also how reps you can do. Contest is in September! Watch for flyers!
