Nursery/Child Watch

A special service to family members, the YMCA provides quality care for your child while you participate in a Y class, activity or meeting. Family members receive TWO free hours of childcare daily while in the YMCA facility. We ask that when parents enter the Y Babies/ Y Kids or Funzone areas that they sign their child in and make note of their location. Parent's must provide their own diapers and wipes. Parents may also send a light snack labeled with your child's name.
Y Babies - 6 weeks to 18 months or walking with a steady balance (we ask that parents of infants up to 9 months old call 24 hours in advance to make reservations for your child's stay to ensure proper staffing)
Y Kids - 18 months or walking with a steady balance to 5 years
Fun Zone - 5 to 10 years of age
Y Babies/Y Kids Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
- Friday 8 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Hours are subject to change if heavy or low usage is identified on a continual basis in childwatch areas
Fun Zone Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 4 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
- Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Hours will be expanded when school is out of session.

Fun Camp
A fun-filled day of safe activities on most school closings and holidays. Some activities include arts and crafts, gym games, swimming in the Family Fun Pool, climbing wall, and walleyball just to name a few!!! Camp will not be offered on Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday.
Registration in advance by telephone. To provide proper staffing, participants must register 48 hours in advance. There will be a $15 fee if registering the same day as fun camp.
Ages K-6th grade. Cost Members $20/day. Potential Members $40/day. Hours 6:30am-6:00pm
- If your child is enrolled in the before and/or after school program, Fun Camp days are included in your monthly fee.
Participants need to bring a packed lunch, drink, snack, bathing suit and towel. For more information, contact Adam Family Services Director - (704) 636-0111
