Group Exercise classes are free to members. We have morning, afternoon and evening classes offered Monday through Friday, Saturday morning classes and one Sunday afternoon class. Click here for a complete aerobics schedule (printable version).

BEGINNERS YOGA - Learn classic Yoga postures designed to relax, stretch, strengthen and renew; modified for beginners. No music.

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 3-3:55 p.m. in the aerobics room (Tim)                                                                   
BEGINNER RUNNING CLASS - A light run through the neighborhood or walking track is a perfect (non-impact) way to stay in shape, includes some toning at the end.
  • Tuesday & Thursday from 7-8 a.m. in the lobby (Donnie)  

BIKING CLASS - Class taught on a Schwinn stationary bicycle. Let your instructor take you through a virtual bike race accompanied by exciting music! Seat pads or bike shorts are highly recommended.

  • Monday from 5:15-6 p.m. in the mezzanine (Cindy/Carmen)
  • Tuesday & Thursday from 6-6:45 a.m. in the mezzanine (Holly)

BODY MOVEMENT - Gentle exercise at the bar. Strength exercises using dumbbells seated in a chair.

BODYCOMBAT - A fiercely energetic program inspired by a wide array of martial arts. Unleash yourself with BODYCOMBAT!  

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 4-4:55 p.m. in the aerobics room (Amy)   
  • Saturday from 9-9:55 a.m. in the aerobics room (Sherry/Jennifer/marti M/Katrena)                        

BODYFLOW  - A combination of Tai Chi,Yoga, and Pilates, Bodyflow will awaken your spirit through music, choreography, and movement. Allow your body to journey through strength, tone, flexibility and relaxation.

  • Tuesday & Thursday from 12:15-1:15 p.m. in the aerobics room (Michelle) 
  • Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the aerobics room (Greer)                                                                   

BODYPUMP - The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body by challenging all your major muscle groups. This 55 minute workout challenges all you major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises, such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructor and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!!

  • Saturday from 11:00-12:30 p.m. in the aerobics room (Marti M/Marti B/Tammy/Greer) Class first and additional technique training after.                                                                                                                            

BODYSTEP - A simple, athletic and fun workout using the step including great uplifting music! Benefits include toning of the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination, and upper and lower body conditioning for functional strength.

  • Friday from 5:15-6:15 p.m. in the aerobics room (Kelly)

BODYVIVE ™- A low-impact aerobic exercise class integrating resistance training for strength and stability, as well as flexibility and mobility work.

  • Tuesday & Thursday from 3:50-4:50 p.m. in the aerobics room (Greer)
  • Monday & Wednesday from 5:25-6:25 p.m. in the aerobics room (Janet)                                             

BRYAN'S BOOTCAMP - Hard core high intensity interval training! Anyone welcome know your limits!

  • Tuesday & Thursday from 6-7 p.m. in the aerobics room (Bryan)

CARDIO MIX - Traditional aerobics combined with strength exercises using balls, hand weights, barbells, dyna-bands and more. Excellent for beginners and/or seniors in good physical condition.

  • Monday from 10-11:00 a.m.  in the aerobics room (Helena)

CARDIO PUMP/BODY COMBAT - Intense cardio with a full-body strengthening workout using dumbbells, barbells and more.

  • Tuesday & Thursday from 10-11:00 a.m. in the aerobics room (Sherry/Marti)

CHAIR YOGA 'N TONE - Gentle yoga postures plus resistance equipment. Strengthen and stretch, improve balance, breathe and relax.

  • Tuesday & Thursday from 9-9:55 a.m. in the aerobics room (Gail)

ESTERCIZ!- An intense workout using cardio, strength and endurance three days a week.

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8-8:55 a.m. in the aerobics room (Ester)

ESTERLATTE - A combination of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates, strength, tone, flexibility, and relaxation by Ester!

HI-LO BATH - Good ole' fashion aerobics with toning of the Buttocks-Abs-Thighs and Hips!

  • Wednesday from 11:05-12:00 p.m. in the aerobics room (Helena)

INTENSE CARDIO MIX - Rotates between hi/low, step and cardio kickboxing, with strengthening at the end.

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9-10:00 a.m. in the aerobics room (Robin)

POWER FLEX  - Weight training class that works your total body. A DVD is sometimes used.

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 5:50-6:45 a.m. in the aerobics room (Steve)

STEPMIX - Step aerobics plus a variety of conditioning exercises including hand weights, barbells, etc.

  • Monday from 6:15-7:10 p.m. in the aerobics room (Beverly)
  • Sunday from 3-3:50 p.m. in the aerobics room (Beverly, Emily, Katrena, Carmen)

TAI CHI I and IIa low-impact exercise, it reduces tension and improves circulation, balance, flexibility and coordination. You must complete a 4-6 week session of Tai Chi I to participate in Tai Chi II.

  • (Beginners) Thursday from 7:15-8:10 p.m. in the aerobics room (Tim)
  • (Advanced)  Tuesday from 7:15-8:10 p.m. in the aerobics room (Tim)

WALKING - A fast walk through the neighborhood or walking track is a perfect (non-impact) way to stay in shape, includes some toning at the end.

ZUMBA - Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting fitness system! 

  • Wednesday from 5-6 p.m. in the multi-purpose room (Carol)
